Back to the Core

Hitting Reset

After twenty years of running Oxford House, we decided to hit reset.

We started back in 2008, right in the heart of Amsterdam — ’t Spuitje.
Over time, we grew into a creative production studio that lived somewhere between the one-man armies and the big production giants.

The Ride

We hired people we loved working with, built a strong team, and produced everything from small passion projects to large commercial campaigns.

It was a great ride, and it led to an eclectic body of work — but somewhere along the way, our own vision got a bit blurry.
And as the industry changed, so did we.

Back to the Start

Eventually, we chose to start over.

We helped our team find new homes — mostly with clients and “con-colleagues” we trust — and stripped Oxford House back to what it once was: just the two of us, but now with twenty years of experience in our pockets.

Where We Are Now

Now it’s Rutger on photography, and Floris setting up custom, modular teams for film, animation, and AI-driven projects.

Lean, flexible, and focused on the work itself — not the structure around it.
We’ve traded overhead for freedom, and scale for clarity.

Why We’re Here

Back to making things because we want to, not because we have to.

Got an idea worth making?
You know where to find us.
